1. Agreement

These terms are between you and Tomris Bilge Bilgiç ("Developer"), the developer of the Payloop iOS app ("App"). By installing or using the App you accept them. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the extent it does not conflict with these terms.

2. What the App does

The App is a personal tracking tool for subscription and payment information you enter yourself, showing totals and reminding you before renewals. It does not start, cancel or pay for subscriptions on your behalf and does not access your bank, email or other accounts.

3. Catalog prices and accuracy

Prices in the built-in service catalog are approximate starting values provided for convenience and may not reflect providers' current pricing. You are responsible for checking and correcting amounts, cycles and dates against your own bills. Calculations and reminders rely on what you enter; the Developer is not liable for outcomes of incorrect or incomplete entries.

4. Not financial advice

The App is informational only and does not provide financial, legal or tax advice.

5. Payloop Pro subscription and payment

Payloop Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold by Apple through the App Store, offered as monthly and yearly plans. The price is the one shown in the App Store at the time of purchase and may vary by country. The yearly plan may include a free trial for new subscribers who have not used a trial before; if not cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription fee is charged.

The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal fee is charged to your Apple Account within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel at any time in iOS Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions or with "Manage subscription" in the app; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and no refund is given for the remaining time. Billing, invoices, refunds and cancellations are governed by Apple's Media Services Terms; refund requests go to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Use "Restore purchases" to re-enable Pro on devices signed in with the same Apple Account. The Developer may change prices; Apple notifies you of increases in advance and may ask for your consent before they take effect.

On Android the subscription is purchased through Google Play; payment, automatic renewal, cancellation and refunds are governed by the Google Play Terms of Service and the Google Play refund policy. You can manage or cancel under Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions or with "Manage subscription" in the app; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. If a free trial is not cancelled before it ends, the paid period starts. Use "Restore purchases" to re-enable Pro on devices signed in with the same Google account.

6. Free tier

The free version tracks up to 5 active subscriptions. The Developer may change this limit and the feature split in future versions.

7. Your data

Your data is stored on your device and in your own iCloud (iOS) or your Google account's app backup (Android); see the Privacy Policy. Backups are your responsibility; data may be unrecoverable if the device is lost, iCloud or Google backup is off or the App is deleted.

8. Intellectual property

The App, its design and content belong to the Developer and are licensed for personal use only. Netflix, Spotify, Apple and other service names mentioned in the App are trademarks of their respective owners, used only so you can label your subscriptions. Payloop is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

9. Prohibited use

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute or use the App for unlawful purposes.

10. Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is". The Developer does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for indirect damages, data loss or losses arising from missed renewals or payments; total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Pro. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

11. Changes and termination

The Developer may update these terms; the current version is published on this page. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
